The Strand Café located inside the Saatchi & Saatchi building in Parnell, Auckland.

Installed and commissioned by Mainly Gas and Plumbing the underfloor heating pipework is stapled to high density foam with a 60mm screed covering.

Temperature controlled by John Guest Aura thermostat connected by a probe in the floor to maintain a constant floor temperature regardless of external influences.
